How to Order
Available paintings, prints and little treats are ready to purchase via email, just send me a message with the painting or prints you are interested in or you can now order online using the Pay Pal buttons on each page.
Payment
I accept Pay Pal for all transactions and can accept cheques from UK customers only. If you are paying by cheque please allow extra time to receive your purchase as I cannot send out orders before payment has cleared.
Shipping
I always take great care to package orders so you can be sure your items will arrive in good condition. I am conscious of the environment and try to reuse padded envelopes and stationery where possible, this does not effect the delivery of your item.
Orders are always packaged beautifully with plenty of padding where needed and finished with pretty wrapping, ribbon, a hand written note and a little surprise.
Orders are shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. I ship UK orders via Royal Mail 1st class and Worldwide orders via Air Mail. Large paintings are shipped with insurance included. UK orders should arrive within 1 week and Worldwide orders within 2 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final but I do care about my collectors and if you are not happy for any reason please do contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation.
